Your privacy when using our services is important to us. This privacy policy is concerned with informing you as a user what data we collect, how we collect it and what this data is used for.

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. For example name, place of residence, phone number, email address and IP address, or a combination of these, which can lead to the identification of a particular person constitute personal data.
All use of personal data is considered as processing of personal information, examples of this could be collection, registration, assembly, storage and disclosure or a combination of these.
Processing of personal data is governed by EU legislation.

Proventure management is the data protection officer for personal information processed in connection with the use of our services and products, and the personal information we collect and process for the purposes stated below. The fact that Proventure management is the data protection officer primarily means that it is Proventure management which has the responsibility to adhere to the regulation according to EU legislation.

If Proventure management chooses another company that is responsible for processing personal information, I.e. data about you, the selected company will then be considered a data processor. In cases where we use data processors, we will ensure that we enter into a data processing agreement that regulate how the data processor can process data that becomes available. The default for such an agreement with the data processor, is that they can only process personal data on Proventure management behalf and for clearly defined purposes, as required by EU legislation.

 

How do we collect information about you?

Most of our data about you is data generated when you use any of our services. Examples of this is; Page views and information about your device (PC, Mobile, Tablet).

When using a form, you will provide some data that will be stored with us. This information is stored in our databases, in order for us to satisfactorily respond to your request.

2. Information collected through the use of our services
When using our services, we will collect information about what services you use and how you use them. We do this because thereby we have the opportunity to improve our user experience, service content, fraud prevention, and customize content and ads for your usage and your interest.

3. Information from other sources
We receive information from other sources, such as ad networks, customers, targeting tools, or other third parties, to help us or them understand your user patterns, preferences, or generally to improve the services we offer to be more tailored to your needs and your interests.

 

How do we use the information we have gathered about you?

All personal data we collect is done in order to better understand and improve our services and products. Ensuring that you get the best user experience on our websites.
Proventure management is constantly working on providing you with the best possible experience of our services that are available at any given time. To accomplish this, we use among other things the personal data we have collected.

To uphold our obligation towards you, and to make our services function in the best possible way.
Proventure management handles personal information and other forms of data to deliver the services agreed with you. We also use data to ensure the best possible user experience for you through automatic login, customizing the content view of your screen and the fastest possible loading of the pages.

For the use of statistics and to better understand market trends
We develop statistics and map market trends to improve and further develop our sites.

Personalizing services – making services tailored for you
We want to offer you the opportunity of customized content and personal customization throughout our sites. We do this by using data about your user behaviour, your preferences or other available information. This can better inform us about your needs and wishes, for example, removing issues you've already read from the front page or producing an overview of recommended articles, in addition to providing you with recommendations about content or services based on what you've read or purchased. We also provide recommendations based on what other users with similar usage patterns as you have read.

 

Marketing information through email and text message

If you are an active customer relationship with Proventure management, we will be able to send you marketing information by email or other electronic communication methods within the scope of the The Marketing Control Act, unless you have expressed otherwise. If you have an active customer relationship with us, we will only send such marketing information if you have given us an explicit and informed consent.
 

How is this information shared?

In some cases, we also share information with business affiliates who use the information to convey targeted content and / or offers through their services. In cases like this we enter into agreements that restrict access to the use of the information and establish obligations to comply with applicable privacy laws.

If there is a suspicion that there has been an offence in connection with the use of services, the information may be disclosed to public authorities upon request.
We will not share, sell or convey personal information in any way other than described in this Privacy Statement.

 

Correction or deletion of personal data

It is important that the information we gather about you is correct and up to date. If you notice a mistake, we encourage you to contact us so that the information can be corrected. You can also contact us if you want the information about you removed.
We will not save personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing and statutory duties we have, for example, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

 

Our analysis and third party tools

Proventure management uses analysis tools to collect information about how our services are used. We may use Google Analytics, where we for example measure the number of visitors, which pages are visited and how long a visit lasts. Statistics on users and traffic are usually used and taken advantage of in aggregated form, so the statistics do not contain any information that can be linked directly to you as an identified person.
 

Children's privacy

Proventure management does not want or intend to collect or otherwise treat personal data about children under 15 years.

 

If children under 15 provide us with personal information regardless, we will promptly delete the information as soon as we become aware of the situation.
 

Changes to the Privacy Statement

We will periodically update the privacy policy for Proventure management services, to reflect any changes to the site. When we update the privacy statement, the new statement will be published on the site 14 days before the changes are made. We will inform you about the changes in the services that are affected by this.
